1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Vaultiyo platform, website, mobile application, API, and any services provided by Vaultiyo Limited. It covers creators, subscribers, agencies, developers integrating with the Vaultiyo API, and any other person who accesses any part of Vaultiyo.
By accessing Vaultiyo in any capacity, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements but does not replace our Terms of Service and Content Policy.
2. Permitted Uses
Vaultiyo is intended for legitimate creator and subscriber activities. Permitted uses include:
- Creating a creator account, publishing content, and building a subscriber base
- Subscribing to creators, accessing content you have paid for, and interacting with creators
- Using the messaging system to communicate with creators or subscribers you have a subscription relationship with
- Using creator tools including analytics, scheduling, watermarking, and payout management
- Accessing the platform API within the rate limits and terms of your developer agreement
- Representing creators as a licensed agency within the constraints of the agency terms
- Sharing links to your public creator profile on external social media platforms
3. Prohibited Uses
The following uses of Vaultiyo are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Account Fraud
Creating accounts under false identities, impersonating other persons or brands, or circumventing a prior account ban.
Automated Abuse
Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to create accounts, send messages, generate engagement, or collect user data without authorisation.
Payment Fraud
Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, initiating illegitimate chargebacks, or manipulating the subscription or payout system.
Spam and Unsolicited Messages
Sending bulk unsolicited messages, spamming creator inboxes, or using mass messaging features to send commercial solicitations outside permitted use cases.
Circumventing Controls
Attempting to bypass content walls, age verification, watermarks, payment requirements, or any other platform security or monetisation feature.
Content Redistribution
Downloading, copying, or redistributing paid content outside of Vaultiyo without the creator's explicit written permission.
Platform Manipulation
Artificially inflating subscriber counts, engagement metrics, or earnings figures through fake accounts or coordinated manipulation.
Interference
Interfering with the platform's technical operation, other users' experience, or the integrity of any Vaultiyo service.
Financial fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the payout system, submit fraudulent bank details, or obtain payments you are not entitled to will result in permanent account termination, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement.
4. Account Conduct
All users are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their accounts. You must:
- Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
- Enable two factor authentication if you are a creator or have administrative access
- Notify Vaultiyo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not allow other people to use your account on your behalf except where permitted (for example, an authorised agency managing your creator account with your documented consent)
- Keep your contact email and payout information accurate and up to date
- Provide truthful information in all account settings and verification processes
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
5. Platform Security
You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Vaultiyo platform. Prohibited security related activities include:
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any Vaultiyo system without express written authorisation
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any Vaultiyo system, account, or data
- Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code into the platform
- Attempting to intercept, monitor, or redirect Vaultiyo network traffic
- Performing denial of service attacks or flooding the platform with requests
- Bypassing or disabling any platform security measures including rate limiting or content access controls
Security researchers: If you discover a genuine security vulnerability in the Vaultiyo platform, please disclose it responsibly by emailing [email protected] before public disclosure. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge valid reports.
6. API Use
Developers accessing the Vaultiyo API must comply with the API Terms of Service in addition to this AUP. General API use requirements include:
- Staying within published rate limits for all API endpoints
- Not using the API to harvest user data beyond what is needed for your stated application purpose
- Not using the API to build competing products or services without a partnership agreement
- Keeping API credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorised parties
- Handling any user data obtained via the API in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law
7. Commercial Use
Creators may use Vaultiyo for commercial purposes including selling subscriptions, digital products, and custom content. Commercial use is subject to the following conditions:
- All commercial activity must comply with the Content Policy and these terms
- Creators must honour all subscription commitments and content descriptions
- Creators may not use Vaultiyo to run pyramid schemes, multi level marketing operations, or financial solicitations
- Advertising or sponsored content must be clearly disclosed as such to subscribers
- Creators may not represent their Vaultiyo earnings to third parties in misleading ways
8. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in any or all of the following depending on severity:
- A formal written warning
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account and all associated accounts
- Withholding of funds pending investigation
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies
- Civil legal action to recover damages
Vaultiyo reserves the right to take enforcement action at any time based on our assessment of harm to users, creators, or the platform. We are not required to give advance notice for severe violations.
