1. Overview
Vaultiyo is a creator monetisation platform that enables creators to publish content and build direct subscription relationships with their fans. This Content Policy sets out what creators may and may not publish on Vaultiyo, and what obligations creators accept when they use the platform.
By creating an account and publishing content on Vaultiyo, you agree to comply with this Content Policy in full. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.
Core principle: Vaultiyo exists to help creators build sustainable businesses. This policy protects creators, subscribers, and the platform from harm while preserving the widest possible space for legitimate creative and commercial content.
2. Permitted Content
Vaultiyo supports a wide range of content categories. Creators in good standing may publish content in the following areas:
- Fitness, health, and wellness content including workout programmes, nutrition advice, and lifestyle guidance
- Travel photography, itineraries, destination guides, and travel vlogs
- Fashion, beauty, and personal style including tutorials, lookbooks, and product reviews
- Photography portfolios including fine art, editorial, and commercial work
- Lifestyle content, personal journals, and behind the scenes content
- Music, audio recordings, podcasts, and original compositions
- Art, illustration, and digital creative work
- Cooking, recipes, and food content
- Educational content, guides, and tutorials across any subject matter
- Gaming content, commentary, and gaming related entertainment
- Commentary, opinion, and journalism on topics of public interest
Creators may charge subscribers for access to any permitted content. Creators may also offer free preview content, pay per view unlockable posts, digital products, and custom content requests within the permitted categories.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Vaultiyo under all circumstances. Posting prohibited content is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in referral to law enforcement.
Minor Safety
Any content that sexualises, endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors. This is a zero tolerance policy with no exceptions.
Non Consensual Content
Images or video depicting real people in intimate situations without their documented consent. Deepfakes and digitally manipulated intimate content.
Violence and Gore
Gratuitous violence, real or simulated harm to people or animals, gore, snuff content, or content that glorifies violence.
Hate Content
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Terrorism and Extremism
Content promoting, recruiting for, or glorifying terrorist organisations, violent extremism, or mass casualty events.
Doxxing and Harassment
Publishing private personal information about other individuals without consent. Targeted harassment campaigns against specific people.
Illegal Activity
Content that facilitates, promotes, or instructs on illegal activities including fraud, drug trafficking, weapons dealing, or financial crimes.
Spam and Scams
Misleading content, fake testimonials, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment advice, or deceptive practices of any kind.
Zero tolerance categories: Minor safety violations and non consensual content result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning and without appeal. These violations are reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
4. Creator Obligations
All creators who publish content on Vaultiyo accept the following obligations:
Accuracy and Authenticity
Creators must not misrepresent themselves, their credentials, their qualifications, or the nature of the content they publish. If you offer health, fitness, nutritional, financial, or legal content, you must clearly disclose whether you hold relevant professional qualifications and remind subscribers that your content is not a substitute for professional advice.
Intellectual Property
Creators must own or hold a valid licence for all content they publish. You must not infringe the copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes using unlicensed music, third party photos, or brand logos without permission.
Privacy and Consent
If your content features other people, you must hold documented consent from each person who appears in any paid or locked content. Keep consent records for the duration of your account and for seven years thereafter.
Tax and Legal Compliance
Creators are solely responsible for declaring their Vaultiyo earnings to the relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction. Vaultiyo provides earnings summaries and payout records to assist with this obligation but does not provide tax advice.
Accurate Descriptions
Content descriptions, preview text, and subscription promises must accurately represent what subscribers will receive. Misleading descriptions that cause subscribers to subscribe under false pretences constitute a violation of this policy.
5. Age Verification
All creators must be 18 years of age or older. Vaultiyo verifies the age and identity of every creator before their account is approved for content publishing. The verification process requires a valid government issued photo identification document.
Subscribers must confirm they are 18 or older during account creation. Vaultiyo does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If you have reason to believe a minor has circumvented our age checks, please report this immediately using the reporting process described in Section 7.
Records compliance: Vaultiyo maintains age verification records for all creators in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and equivalent regulations. For our full 2257 compliance statement, see vaultiyo.com/2257.
6. Third Party Rights
Creators must respect the intellectual property rights of others at all times. This includes:
- Not posting content that infringes another creator's copyright
- Not using unlicensed commercial music in videos or audio content
- Not republishing subscriber only content from other creators
- Not using third party brand marks, logos, or trademarks without a valid licence
- Not reproducing substantial portions of copyrighted written works without permission

7. Reporting Violations
Vaultiyo relies on creators, subscribers, and the wider community to help identify content that violates this policy. To report a violation:
- Use the report button on any post, profile, or message
- Email the Trust and Safety team at [email protected]
- For urgent matters involving minor safety, email [email protected]
Reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team. Reports involving the safety of minors are escalated immediately and reviewed within one hour around the clock.
8. Enforcement
When a potential violation is identified, Vaultiyo follows a graduated enforcement process proportional to the severity of the violation.
Review
Trust and Safety reviews the reported content against this policy. First review typically completed within 24 hours for standard reports.
Warning
For minor first time violations, we issue a formal warning and require the content to be removed or edited within 48 hours.
Content Removal
Non compliant content is removed from the platform. Creators are notified via email with the specific reason for removal.
Account Suspension
Repeated violations or serious single violations result in temporary account suspension while investigation continues.
Permanent Termination
Severe violations, repeated violations following warnings, or zero tolerance violations result in permanent account closure. Outstanding earnings are paid in accordance with our Terms of Service.
9. Appeals
Creators who believe a content removal or account action was made in error have the right to appeal. To submit an appeal:

- Include your account email address, the date of the action, and the specific content or policy decision you are appealing
- Provide any evidence or context you believe is relevant to the review
Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the Trust and Safety team who was not involved in the original decision. Appeal outcomes are typically issued within 7 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
Note that appeals are not available for zero tolerance violations involving minors or non consensual content. These decisions are not subject to reversal.
