Our verification process requires every prospective creator to submit a government-issued photo ID alongside a live selfie. Our team reviews each submission manually, typically within 24 hours. No automated approval. Every identity is checked by a real person before the account is activated.

We also verify the minimum age requirement of 18 years strictly. There are no exceptions, no workarounds and no appeals process for rejected age verification. If an account is found to have circumvented our age gate at any point, it is permanently removed and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities.

Re-verification is required any time a creator changes personal details such as their legal name or country of residence. This helps ensure our records remain accurate and up to date at all times.

Our content policy is detailed in full in the Content Policy document available on this platform. The highlights are: no content involving minors under any circumstances, no non-consensual content, no harassment of any kind, and no impersonation.

When a creator joins Vaultiyo they explicitly agree to our content policy as part of the registration process. This is not a passive checkbox. Creators are required to confirm they have read and understood the policy before their account is approved.

Violations are taken seriously. Depending on the severity a creator may receive a warning, have specific content removed, or face permanent removal from the platform. High-severity violations including any involving minors are reported directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to UK law enforcement as required by law.

Every piece of content served through Vaultiyo is watermarked with an invisible subscriber identifier. This means that if any content is leaked or shared without permission, we can immediately identify which subscriber account was responsible.

Our DMCA monitoring system scans hundreds of platforms and file-sharing sites for unauthorised copies of creator content. When a match is found, our team automatically generates and files a formal DMCA takedown notice within 24 hours. In March 2026 alone we achieved an 87% successful takedown rate across all cases.

Creators can additionally configure visible watermarks as an extra deterrent. Both options are available in the creator dashboard under the Protection settings tab.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. Vaultiyo never stores card numbers or bank details directly. Stripe holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest level of compliance available in the payments industry.

We use cookies only for essential platform functionality, session management and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings.

Subscribers are protected by Stripe's payment security, which includes fraud detection, 3D Secure authentication where applicable, and full chargeback dispute rights. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you can raise a dispute directly with your bank or through our support team.

Creators are paid daily once a subscription charge has cleared. There is no minimum payout threshold. Our finance team processes payout runs daily and creators can see their pending and cleared balances in real time through their dashboard.

We enforce a strict 20% cap on any agency taking a commission from creator earnings. If an agency is found to be exceeding this cap, they are suspended from the platform until they come into compliance.

To report content or behaviour that violates our community standards, use the report button visible on every post and profile across the platform. You can also contact our trust and safety team directly at safety@vaultiyo.com.

We aim to respond to all reports within 24 hours. High severity reports involving content depicting minors or non-consensual material are escalated immediately and handled outside of our standard SLA.

Reporting is confidential. The person you report will not be notified that you made a report. You will receive a confirmation email when your report is received and a follow-up once it has been reviewed.

False reporting in bad faith is taken seriously and may result in action against the reporting account. The reporting system exists to protect genuine safety concerns, not to be used as a tool against creators or competitors.
