Verified Direct combines platform authentication, session tracking and creator self-certification to give fans genuine confidence in every message they receive.

CREATOR IDENTITY LOCKED

Every creator on Vaultiyo is identity-verified before they can send a single message. The platform knows exactly who each account belongs to. There is no anonymous messaging.

SESSION AUTHENTICATED

When a creator sends a message, our system verifies it was sent from an active, authenticated creator session. Scheduled or delegated messages receive a different badge, so you always know what you are receiving.

BADGE DISPLAYED

Messages from an authenticated creator session display the Verified Direct badge beneath the message. No badge means the message was sent by automation, a team member with delegated access, or through a mass DM campaign.

The Verified Direct badge is not just cosmetic. It is a real-time signal from our authentication system that the creator is actively in their account and sent this message themselves.

Creators who work with managers or agencies can still message fans directly. When they do, the badge appears. When a manager sends on their behalf, the badge does not appear. Transparency is absolute.

This matters most when you are having a personal conversation with a creator you genuinely connect with. You should always know who you are actually talking to.
