Common Questions

How long does creator support take to respond?

Creator support responds within 4 hours during UK business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. Weekend responses may take up to 8 hours. Urgent payout issues are prioritised.

I have a billing problem. Who do I contact?

Email support@vaultiyo.com with your account email and a description of the issue. For disputed charges, include the transaction reference number from your bank statement.

How do I report stolen content?

Email safety@vaultiyo.com with the URL where your content appears and your creator account handle. Our content protection team handles these within 2 hours. You can also file directly from your Protection dashboard.

I have not received my payout. What do I do?

Check your payout method settings first. If the settings look correct, email creators@vaultiyo.com with your account handle and the payout date in question. We resolve payout issues within 24 hours.

Can I request a feature or give product feedback?

Yes. Include "Product Feedback" in your message subject. We read every piece of feedback and our product team reviews submissions weekly. Your ideas genuinely shape the roadmap.
