Vaultiyo welcomes registered talent agencies. We believe creators deserve proper representation. We also believe they deserve to keep the vast majority of what they earn. Our 20% cap exists to protect both.
These rules apply to every agency that operates on Vaultiyo without exception. They are designed to protect creators and ensure a fair, transparent relationship between agencies and the talent they represent.
No registered agency may charge a creator more than 20% of their gross Vaultiyo earnings as commission. This cap is enforced at the platform level. Any agency found to be exceeding this cap will receive one formal warning followed by suspension of their agency access pending review.
Agencies must clearly display their commission rate within their Vaultiyo agency profile and in any creator agreement documents. The rate must be visible to any creator before they sign or agree to representation. Hidden fees of any kind are prohibited.
Creators may leave an agency at any time without losing access to their Vaultiyo account. An agency may not hold a creator account hostage, control their login credentials or prevent them from managing their own profile independently.
Agencies must register with a verifiable business identity including legal company name, registered address, primary contact and company registration number. Personal accounts cannot operate as agencies on the platform.
An agency may only be linked to a creator's account with the explicit consent of that creator. Agencies cannot self-assign to creator accounts. Each creator must individually approve the agency relationship through their account settings.
Agencies that violate rules relating to creator protection, fee transparency or exploitation will be permanently removed from the platform with no right of reinstatement. Vaultiyo reserves the right to share enforcement actions with relevant trade bodies and regulators.
Creators on Vaultiyo already benefit from a 90% platform commission. Adding an agency on top should not erode that benefit beyond reason. The 20% cap means a creator with representation still takes home at least 72% of their gross earnings.
We set the cap at 20% after reviewing what creators told us they were willing to pay for quality management support. Most of our top creators report paying agencies between 12% and 18%. The 20% ceiling protects against the outliers.

Every agency must visibly disclose the following to creators before any management relationship is formalised. These are not suggestions. They are enforceable requirements of the Vaultiyo Agency Agreement.
Your exact commission percentage, stated as a number not a range, before signing any agreement.
The services included in that commission, including what is and what is not covered by your fee.
The contract term and any notice period required to terminate the management agreement.
Whether the agency or any individual within it holds any financial interest in any platform promoted to the creator.
The process by which the creator can remove the agency from their account should they choose to do so.
Any additional fees charged outside of Vaultiyo, such as for photography, marketing services or social media management.
